The facility is part of the larger AHI Red Deer Sustainable Innovation Campus. Its initial build includes a 1,000 square meter (10,765 sq ft) modular data center. The project is notable for its sustainability commitments, designed to be waterless and ultra-low noise, utilizing an on-site power plant capable of generating scalable, double-digit MW power.
