Yondr Group's Lancaster campus covers 163 acres on the north side of East Belt Line Road and the south side of Greene Road, between Nokomis Road and Ferris Road, in Lancaster, Texas. STACK Infrastructure's DFW02 campus lies across Belt Line Road, and QTS holds the land to the east.

Land. Yondr's project entity, Redwood Dallas SPV LLC, closed on eight parcels in August 2025. Most of the land came from CP Lancaster Land LP, which Cawley Partners had marketed as the Tower 33 Logistics Park. A 29-acre tract on the west side came from the Burk and Sykes families. The site is zoned Planned Development within the LanPort overlay. In April 2026 the Planning and Zoning Commission approved a preliminary plat, the Redwood Dallas Campus Addition, with a 140-acre data center lot and a 21-acre substation lot on Greene Road.

Plan. Yondr's concept plan shows five two-hall buildings of about 300,000 sq ft each, detention ponds, and an on-site substation and switching station in the northeast corner.

Incentives. In April 2025 the City of Lancaster approved a Chapter 380 agreement with Redwood Dallas SPV. It rebates 30% to 50% of city property tax for ten years per phase and half of the city's 1% sales tax. In return Yondr commits to a first building, at least $110 million of taxable value and 30 jobs.

Power. Oncor Electric Delivery serves the site in the ERCOT market.

Ownership. DigitalBridge-managed funds and La Caisse acquired Yondr in July 2025. SoftBank completed its acquisition of DigitalBridge in September 2026.
