- Early 2025: Sharon AI and New Era Helium form the Texas Critical Data Centers (TCDC) joint venture and acquire a 235-acre site in Ector County through an agreement with Grow Odessa.
- Oct 2025: TCDC selects EYP Mission Critical Facilities for full-scope engineering of the campus.
- Dec 2025: New Era Energy & Digital signs a binding agreement to acquire Sharon AI's 50% interest for $70 million and completes a 203-acre land acquisition, expanding the campus to 438 acres and taking full ownership.
- Jan 2026: New Era partners with Primary Digital Infrastructure to co-develop the campus.
- Apr 2026: New Era signs a non-binding LOI to form a development and financing joint venture with Stream Data Centers, and secures project funding through an underwritten offering.
