Telehouse's TH3 Paris Magny campus fills a single 6.6 ha parcel in the Gomberville business park in Magny-les-Hameaux (Yvelines), about 25 km southwest of Paris. The site was an Aérospatiale (later EADS / Airbus) missile-test facility built in 1987. Telehouse, the KDDI data center subsidiary, has owned and operated it since 2009.

  • Layout: the south part reuses the original military buildings, converted into data halls in stages. The north part, formerly lawn, carries the purpose-built Magny 2 data center, which Telehouse broke ground on in October 2022.
  • Power: two independent Enedis supplies serve the campus, each landing at a separate source substation, one for the south part and one for the north. Renewable supply is contracted through Engie.
  • Backup: Kohler and MTU diesel gensets with 72 hours of fuel in underground tanks. The site holds an IED combustion permit (ICPE rubrique 3110) for 62 MWth of generator capacity.
  • Connectivity: a France-IX point of presence and around 15 carriers on site, linked by Telehouse Metro Connect to TH2 Voltaire and TH1 Jeûneurs.
  • Tenants: sovereign-cloud and AI customers including 3DS Outscale and Antemeta.
  • Next building: Telehouse filed for environmental authorisation in 2026 for a new building, P34, on the north part. The state requires P34 to be ready to connect to a future municipal heat network.
