Data Center Campus
In December 2024, Rowan Digital Infrastructure received approval for two data center projects in Frederick County, Maryland. Located at Quantum Loophole's site, Bauxite II and Bauxite III will join the company's first Bauxite data center, with both situated adjacent to Bauxite I. Bauxite II will span 822,620 sq ft (76,400 sqm) on a 111.5-acre site, comprising four data center buildings.

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is a US data center developer that designs and delivers hyperscale campuses for large cloud and AI customers. The company is part of Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners and began in 2020 as a joint venture with Birch Infrastructure, and has been referred to as Rowan Green Data.
Its current US pipeline includes three campuses at the Quantum Frederick park in Maryland, the Cinco campus near San Antonio, Texas, a site in Temple, Texas, and the Percheron campus in Oregon. Verified capacity figures include a 300 MW Percheron plan in Morrow County, Oregon, and a 300 MW Cinco campus in Medina County, Texas.
