RadiusDC's two-building edge colocation campus on 31 acres at Smith Road and AllPoints Parkway in Plainfield, Indiana, west of Indianapolis. First building planned for 2028, with the second following in 2029.
Campus at a Glance
RadiusDC's edge colocation campus sits in the AllPoints Midwest business park in Plainfield, Hendricks County, Indiana, at the southeast corner of Smith Road (County Road 900 East) and AllPoints Parkway. The 31.2-acre site is platted as AllPoints Midwest Business Park Section 2, Lots 18 and 19. Radius DC Indianapolis I LLC bought both lots from Browning Venture Associates II in 2026.
Clarks Creek and its floodway run north to south between the two lots, and RadiusDC keeps that corridor and its mature trees undisturbed. The plan calls for two matching single-story buildings, one on each lot, to the same design as RadiusDC's Nashville I. Each building has a screened, ground-level electrical yard of about 48,000 sq ft for transformers, medium-voltage switchgear and backup generators. Mechanical equipment sits on the roof behind louvered screens, and closed-loop chillers keep water use near zero.
Duke Energy Indiana serves the site from a new substation on a Duke-owned parcel on Smith Road, just southwest of the campus. Duke issued an intent-to-serve letter in November 2025.
Milestones
- December 15, 2025: the Plainfield Board of Zoning Appeals granted variances for the outdoor electrical yards.
- January 5, 2026: the Plainfield Plan Commission unanimously approved the primary plat and both development plans.
- January 12, 2026: RadiusDC announced the campus as its fifth development.
RadiusDC is an edge data center platform launched in 2022 by IPI Partners, now part of Blue Owl.
