Prologis’ Sustainable Technology, Engineering and Manufacturing (STEM) Park is a landmark 159-acre development in North San Jose designed to anchor the region’s growing AI and semiconductor sectors. Situated on city-owned land near the San José-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility, the $25 billion project features a massive data center campus across four high-density buildings and a dedicated 100MW manufacturing site.

By leveraging its proximity to the Los Esteros Energy Center and utilizing advanced reclaimed water infrastructure for cooling, the campus aims to provide a sustainable, high-capacity environment for hyperscale cloud providers and tech manufacturers. Once fully operational around 2030, the project is expected to generate approximately $30 million in annual revenue for the city while creating over 6,000 high-paying jobs in the heart of Silicon Valley.
