Campus at a Glance
NTT Data has acquired 173 acres at the northeast intersection of Pecos and Crismon roads, east of Mesa, for $300 million. The company intends to develop a data center campus comprising seven buildings, with the first facility slated for operation by November 2028.
The land was previously held by Levine Investments and Andrew Cohn through Mesa BA Land and Pacific Proving LLC. This group originally purchased 1,805 acres for $45 million in 2004. In September 2024, Levine, operating through Pacific Proving, received approval for the Pacific Proving Technology Campus.
Plans for the Pacific Proving Technology campus include the construction of seven data halls offering nearly 1.7 million square feet (157,935 square meters) of total floor space, in addition to a 100,000-square-foot warehouse and a two-story office building.
