Campus at a Glance
NTT is building four (4) two-story data centers and associated infrastructure on around 102 acres. The site is named "Grove at Gainesville" or "NTT VA10" in some of the planning documents.
- In June 2022, NTT announced plans for a 336MW campus in Prince William County’s Gainesville. The four-building campus is planned to be two million square feet (185,800 sqm) of data center space. At full build-out, the Gainesville site will be the company’s largest campus in the US.
- The company acquired 103 acres of land for the campus from private developer Lerner Enterprises for a reported $257.4 million.
