Data Center Campus
Lancium's Clean Campus in southeast Childress County, Texas, is a powered-land AI campus where Crusoe is building three data centers.
Lancium's Clean Campus in southeast Childress County, Texas, covers a reinvestment zone of about 3,720 acres south of US 287, about nine miles from Childress. Lancium owns the land and the electrical infrastructure, and data center operators build on it. Crusoe is building the first three buildings, known as Project Hyper, on about 270 acres along County Road 23, south of IREN's Childress campus.
The campus has a 1 GW grid interconnection approved by ERCOT. The reinvestment zone includes a 150-foot interconnecting easement that runs east from the Tesla 345 kV substation. Lancium plans on-site solar and battery storage. Bloomberg reported in June 2026 that Meta is the end customer for Crusoe's buildings.
