Located in the tech-forward Cedar Creek area of Bastrop County, EdgeConneX AUS01 is the high-performance anchor of a massive new data center campus. Designed as a purpose-built, two-story facility spanning 578,000 square feet, AUS01 is engineered specifically for the extreme power requirements of AI and hyperscale cloud workloads, supporting densities of 100+ kW per rack.
The facility features a Tier-3 concurrent maintainability design and is currently under active construction, serving as the critical first phase of a broader master-planned development. Strategically positioned within 10 miles of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, AUS01 provides mission-critical infrastructure and AI-ready cooling capabilities designed to handle the most demanding GPU-intensive applications.
