CyrusOne's NVA9 facility, located at 43290 Old Ox Road, is a 700,000 square foot data center campus with 400,000 square feet of raised white floor space, 50,000 square feet of office space, and 30,000 square feet for support services. The campus consists of three data center buildings (Building 1A, Building 1B, and Building 2). The first building became operational in 2020.

The company is based in Dallas and was taken private in March 2022 by funds managed by KKR and Global Infrastructure Partners in a transaction valued at approximately 15 billion dollars including debt.

Its portfolio centers on hyperscale and enterprise colocation across multi-building campuses. CyrusOne has also pursued international growth initiatives alongside its core North American and European markets.

CyrusOne History:
