The CyrusOne DFW10 data center, currently under construction in Bosque County, Texas, is a major hyperscale campus specifically engineered to meet the demands of AI-driven workloads. The project is a first-of-its-kind partnership between CyrusOne and Calpine Energy, which provides a dedicated 190MW power supply from its adjacent Thad Hill Energy Center.

The $750 million DFW10 is set to be a 250,000 sq ft (23,226 sqm), single-story data center.

The company is based in Dallas and was taken private in March 2022 by funds managed by KKR and Global Infrastructure Partners in a transaction valued at approximately 15 billion dollars including debt.

Its portfolio centers on hyperscale and enterprise colocation across multi-building campuses. CyrusOne has also pursued international growth initiatives alongside its core North American and European markets.

CyrusOne History:
