CyrusOne's DUB1 campus sits in Grange Castle Business Park South, off the Baldonnel Road in Baldonnel, Dublin 22. The 9.7 ha (24 acre) site joins 6.3 ha of business-park land owned by South Dublin County Council with the former house plots of Erganagh, Kent Cottage, Weston House and Weston Lodge. CyrusOne holds the park land on a 999-year ground lease signed in 2019. Google's Grange Castle data centre adjoins the site to the east, and Amazon's buildings sit across the access road to the north.

Planning. South Dublin County Council granted SD18A/0134 in September 2018 for a two-storey data centre in two adjoined blocks (four data halls), a three-storey office block and 32 standby diesel generators, 35,426 m² in total. An Bord Pleanála upheld the grant on appeal in April 2019 (ABP-302813-18). The council refused a first extension of duration in September 2023 and granted a second (SD18A/0134/EP2) in November 2023. CyrusOne markets the campus as three two-storey buildings.

Power. A dedicated Aungierstown 110 kV gas-insulated substation with two 80 MVA transformers serves the campus. Two short underground 110 kV circuits link it to EirGrid's Castlebaggot 220/110 kV station next door; An Bord Pleanála approved it as strategic infrastructure (ABP-309146-21). A temporary ESB substation (SD19A/0300) served the first build. Cooling uses N+1 free-cooling air-cooled chillers on a chilled-water ring, and the first building carries 40 kWp of rooftop solar.

Ownership. CyrusOne Irish Datacentres Holdings Ltd. develops and operates the campus. KKR and Global Infrastructure Partners took CyrusOne private in March 2022. Structure Tone (STO Building Group) built the first building and the Aungierstown substation; construction began in September 2019.
