Data Center Campus
Csquare's SFO1 campus is two adjoining colocation buildings at 2401 and 2403 Walsh Avenue in Santa Clara, owned by Csquare since Brookfield bought them from Digital Core REIT in 2024. First built in 1973, with data center conversions through 2001.
Csquare's SFO1 campus sits on the north side of Walsh Avenue, just east of Northwestern Parkway and south of Central Expressway, in Santa Clara's light-industrial core about 15 minutes from San Jose International Airport. It covers two adjoining freehold parcels (APNs 216-28-127 and 216-28-126) with two powered-shell buildings that Csquare runs as one carrier-neutral colocation site.
