Data Center Campus
Colt DCS's two-building data center campus on Avenue du Pacifique in the Courtaboeuf business park, Les Ulis, on the former Quantel laser plant site about 1 km north of Colt's Paris South West data center. First building due in 2029, with expansion planned through 2031.
Colt DCS's second Les Ulis site ("Les Ulis 2") sits at 2 bis Avenue du Pacifique in the Courtaboeuf business park, Les Ulis (Essonne), about 1 km north of Colt's operating Paris South West data center. Colt plans two buildings: Colt Paris 5 for cloud and high-density AI workloads, and Colt Paris 6 for large-enterprise colocation.
Land. The 5.3-acre parcel (cadastral BR 245, about 21,500 m²) held the Quantel (Lumibird) laser plant until Quantel moved to Villejust in December 2022.
Power. Colt holds a contract for a direct connection to RTE's transmission grid.
Design. The buildings use hybrid air and liquid-to-chip cooling, with zero water waste in cooling, heat recovery where possible and 100% renewable power. The site is carrier-neutral. euNetworks, Covage and Colt fiber run nearby; Sipartech, Zayo and Celeste are available at Colt's Paris South West site.
Milestones. Colt announced Paris 5 and 6 in May 2025 as part of its €2.3 billion French program.
