Cologix is constructing three data centers totaling nearly 1 million square feet across 22.6 acres at Beaumeade Corporate Park in Ashburn. The company bought the site for $38 million, or $1.68 million per acre, from the Christian Fellowship Church in late July 2018.

And Cologix plans to add even more. According to an application for the project, Cologix plans to construct 984,456 square feet on the property. The first phase calls for 141,744 square feet of data center uses. Later phases call for the removal of the church and parking to construct additional data centers.

In June 2023, Cologix announced it had leased 455,000 sqft to a major global technology company at the site.
