CloudHQ's CDG campus covers 13.7 hectares of former farmland in the Léonard de Vinci business park (ZAC des Folies) at Lisses, Essonne, about 30 km south-east of Paris. The site borders the Bois de la Tombe. CloudHQ France bought the land in March 2022 from SPLA-IN Porte Sud du Grand Paris, the development company of Grand Paris Aménagement and the Grand Paris Sud agglomeration.

Permits. The MRAe Île-de-France reviewed the project in May 2021. Lisses issued building permit PC 091 340 21 1 0001 in November 2021. The Essonne prefect authorised the campus as an IED installation on 2 February 2022 and updated the conditions on 31 July 2025.

Power. RTE serves the campus directly at 225 kV. Two underground 225 kV circuits run about 1.8 km from RTE's Les Aqueducs substation to an on-site delivery substation. Each building has its own substation with three 225/33 kV transformers. Backup power comes from 114 rooftop diesel generators, 57 per building, with 2.5 MW process units.

Heat and fibre. A heat-recovery station at the site boundary will feed a new Grand Paris Sud district heating network for about 7,000 homes in Corbeil-Essonnes. CloudHQ built diverse fibre ducts to two interconnection points, including a 20 km route to Marcoussis.

Build. Reid Brewin Architects designed the buildings. Eiffage Génie Civil and Eiffage Énergie Systèmes built the first one; the first stone was laid in November 2022. Amazon Web Services is the only tenant so far.
