Campus at a Glance
CloudHQ's LC campus sits at the core of Ashburn, often called the nexus of the internet. Strategically designed to accommodate projects of varying scales and complexities, the campus plans to host fourteen data centers with a combined customer critical IT load exceeding 1.7 GW. At full build out, the campus will span an area of 8,500,00 SF (789.676 SM).
- CloudHQ has completed construction of its first data center complex in Ashburn's "data center alley." Located on a 30-acre parcel at the southwest corner of Loudoun County Parkway and Waxpool Road, the facility consists of two interconnected structures, LC 1A and LC 1B. Each half contributes 500,000 square feet, resulting in a total footprint of 1 million square feet. The property, owned by Zebra Ventures LLC, is strategically positioned near the former Verizon campus and Beaumeade Circle, placing it at the heart of Loudoun's bustling data center hub.
