Data Center Campus
Bridge Data Centres' MY07 hyperscale campus in Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram, east of Johor Bahru, with its own 275 kV intake and an on-campus water reclamation plant. First built in 2025, with expansions planned through 2027.
Bridge Data Centres' MY07 campus sits in Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram (81800), in Mukim Plentong, Johor Bahru District, east of the city. It occupies part of Lot 2699 (Geran 80943) inside Paragon Globe's Desa 100 Industrial Park. No street address is published.
Paragon Business Hub sold Bridge 67.62 acres in two deals: 47.86 acres to Bridge Data Centres Malaysia IV in May 2024 and an adjacent 19.76 acres to Bridge Data Centres Malaysia VI in August 2024. The 19.76-acre sale closed in January 2026. Bain Capital is Bridge's controlling shareholder. Bridge markets MY07 as an eight-building campus.
Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) signed a 400 MW electricity supply agreement for MY07 in December 2024, with heads of terms for renewable supply under TNB's Corporate Renewable Energy Supply Scheme (CRESS). Bridge lists a 275 kV power intake, and the campus has its own intake substation.
The campus runs Johor's first water reclamation plant for a data centre. It has produced cooling water since June 2025 from about 4 million litres a day of treated effluent piped from Indah Water's JB-Pelangi sewage treatment plant.
