Aligned's Salt Lake City data center campus spans 55 acres and comprises three facilities, including a dedicated on-site substation. The former Fairchild Semiconductor chip fabrication facility was renovated to become a colocation data center in 2018.
- SLC-01, renovated in 2018, spans 300,000 sq ft (27,900 sqm) and has 34MW of capacity.
- Aligned opened its SLC-02 facility on the same campus in March 2021. The facility, built on a greenfield site, has 48MW power, expandable to 60MW, and 240,000 sq ft (22,300 sqm) of space.
- SLC-03 project will add more 80MW of capacity to the campus.
- As well as the three-facility campus, Aligned also has another build-to-suit data center in the Salt Lake Metro Area known as SLC-04.
