Data Center Campus
Project Caprock is a massive $5 billion next-generation data center campus spanning 313 acres near Abernathy in Hale County, Texas.
Designed by Aligned Data Centers to meet the massive infrastructure demands of modern AI, cloud, and hyperscale workloads, the six-building campus totals 1.65 million square feet. What sets the project apart is its strict commitment to sustainability because it utilizes a dedicated, privately funded power infrastructure from Xcel Energy and employs proprietary, water-free DeltaFlow™ liquid cooling technology. By utilizing a closed-loop system, the facilities continuously recycle their cooling water, preventing any strain on local residential infrastructure or the critical Ogallala Aquifer that supports the region's agricultural hub.
