Vantage Data Centers: Vantage Data Centers Acquires 10 Acres in Sterling for $27 million

According to BizJournal, Vantage has bought 10 acres of land in Loudoun County. The company acquired the land for $27m from Boston Properties Inc. Per local county property records, Boston Properties Inc. sold the two undeveloped parcels to Vantage Data Centers. The real estate investment company controlled the land for more than 20 years. 

This is the second plot Vantage Data Centers has acquired in Sterling in the last year. The company bought 17 acres of land in October 2021 in Glenn Drive for $46m. Documents filed by Loudoun County Economic Development show the site will house up to 96MW of data center capacity across a 74,300 square meters (800,000 square feet) data center. The Glenn Drive property is just over a mile away from the newly acquired land.
