Vantage Data Centers: Vantage plans expansion in San Jose, California

Plans for a new data center in San Jose, California, have been proposed by Vantage Data Centers, as stated in city planning documents. Located at 105 Nortech Parkway in San Jose's Alviso district, the facility, if given the green light, would be based on a 9.8-acre site. That said, further details regarding specifications have yet to be shared.

The facility would be adjacent to various Google buildings. The site is also, at present, home to a Redemption Church-owned Christian church and is valued at around $17.6 million.

Vantage's data center portfolio spans five continents, 12 countries, and 18 markets. In the US, it has a presence in Santa Clara, Washington State, Arizona, and Virginia.
