Prime Santa Clara (Martin): Prime Data Centers expands in Silicon Valley

Prime Data Centers has announced plans to develop a new 119,000 square-foot data center in Silicon Valley, in Santa Clara, California. When complete, the facility will deliver a capacity of 9MW, and construction on the facility will commence in the second half of 2023.
The facility will be located nearby another Prime Data Centers facility at 1111 Comstock Street. Additionally, its location outside of the San Francisco metro area will secure 40% lower utility rates than other Bay Area providers.
Commenting on the expansion, Nicholas Laag, CEO of Prime Data Centers: "We are excited to continue to expand our presence in Silicon Valley and the greater San Francisco Bay Area. The region is as systemically important as ever and we're seeing strong demand from the world's most influential companies."
