With a £250 million investment, Vantage Data Centers announced the creation of a second data center campus (LHR2) in London. Vantage Data Centers previously announced the 48MW facility (LHR1) in London for £500 million. Beginning in early 2025, LHR2 will be a single data center that offers customers 20MW of IT capacity across 194,000 square feet. According to Antoine Boniface, president, EMEA for Vantage Data Centers, "expanding our presence in London, the largest of the FLAP data center markets and one of the largest global markets, enables Vantage to meet unprecedented demand for critical IT capacity and helps strengthen the region's digital infrastructure."

More than £750 million will be put into the regional economy by Vantage. Vantage now has three campuses in the United Kingdom, including its Cardiff campus, one of the biggest in all of Europe, which is 100 miles outside of London. These three campuses will increase Vantage's EMEA portfolio to 12 campuses by providing customers with 216MW of IT capacity over more than 2.6 million square feet.
