NortonLifeLock Inc. is putting up an unoccupied data center in Tucson, Arizona, for sale. The facility sits upon 8.5 acres of land, and it is located at 3701 E. Columbia Street. It has 133,452 square feet of space with 40,793 square feet of raised floor within three data halls. In addition, the data center provides up to 6.5MW of critical power. Again, the facility can be expanded for additional 15,000 square feet of raised floor and 3MW of critical power.

Cushman & Wakefield is the agent in charge of selling the facility. The agent called the data center a fantastic opportunity for a corporate user or an investor. According to C&W, the facility is the biggest purpose-built stand-alone data center in the whole of South Arizona. The facility includes fiber links via AT&T, Verizon, and CenturyLink. It also has an on-site substation that is expandable to 20MW.
