QTS Data Centers: QTS Looking To Expand in Prince William County

QTS is looking to expand its data center footprint in Prince William County, Northern Virginia. The company previously acquired a property at 10680 University Boulevard in 2018 for $5 million. The property is adjacent to its existing data center in Prince William County. The property was zoned as a business district to allow the development of a restaurant, hotel, and uses of up to 172,795 square feet. 

According to InsideNOVA, QTS submitted an application earlier in September to allow the development of data centers of up to 30,050 square meters (323,526 square feet).
