Data center space is available for lease at the Globe Building carrier hotel in St. Louis, Missouri. The fourth floor of the structure at 710 North Tucker Blvd. has 28,700 square feet of floor space available, of which 16,000 square feet is built-out data center space, according to a listing by Five 9s Digital. Given its size and location, it is plausible that suite 420, formerly managed by Hostirian/Rivercity Internet, is vacant.
Per the brochure, 6-4" conduits link the hall to the Globe Building's carrier-neutral meet-me room, giving access to the building's 12+ fiber providers. The structure is designed to accommodate floor loads of up to 250 pounds per square foot and is powered by Ameren's largest substation in St. Louis. The data center suite has a main utility disconnect of 2,000 amps and an automatic transfer switch of 1,600 amps. A 1.375 kVA Onan Genset is present. There are presently fifty in-place connect cabinets and Lucent PDUs and distribution boards present.
The Globe Building is a seven-story, 550,000 sq ft building located at the junction of Lucas Street and N Tucker Boulevard in St. Louis. It contains approximately 150,000 sq ft of data center and telecoms tenants and claims to be the largest carrier hotel in the region. These tenants include H5 Data Centers, which leases 36,000 square feet, Stereotaxis, a surgical robotics firm, and MoreAble, a sales platform.
