: Five 9s Digital Has Completed The Sale of Four Data Centers For $41 million

Five 9s Digital has announced the sale of four of its US data centers for $41 million. The data center firm announced that it sold four leased out data centers to a digital infrastructure investor that wants to expand its portfolio. The facilities are located in Memphis, Upper Arlington, Kannapolis, and Jacksonville. Expedient is currently occupying the data centers in Upper Arlington and Memphis. Segra also occupies the Kannapolis data center. Flexential also occupies the Jacksonville data center.

According to Five 9s Digital, the data centers were acquired between 2014 and 2020. The data center in Kannapolis is located at 465 Charles Babbage Lane; North Carolina offers 2.4MW of capacity across 45,216 square feet of data center space. Five 9s’ Memphis data center offers 7,500 square feet of raised floor space and 35,000 square feet of floor space. Flexential occupied data center in Jacksonville offers 35,000 square feet of space. Finally, the data center in Upper Arlington offers 21,000 square feet of data center space.
