The former Neustar data center in Denver, Colorado, is available for purchase. Through a LoopNet listing, Telaxis is offering a data center that is "plug and play ready" on 3.6 acres at 8532 Concord Center Drive in Englewood, Colorado. The facility was constructed in 2006 and turned into a data center in 2014, encompassing 54,280 square feet with 15,000 square feet of white space. The LEED-certified building has a UPS capacity of 1.6 MW in an N+1 setup, scalable to a 4.7 MW critical load.

The site in Arapahoe County has two 1,500 kW generators, 34,000 square feet of mechanical and storage chambers, and 5,000 square feet of office space. The price on the listing is $11.5 million. The facility was formerly managed by the technology company Neustar, which acquired the property in 2013 for approximately $4.5 million. Before being converted into a data center in 2010, the building housed a SpeedRaceway indoor kart racing facility. From 2014 until an unspecified point in time, Neustar ran the location as a data center.

Neustar, established in 1998 as a division of Lockheed Martin provided communications, identity, and analytics offerings, as well as registration of domain names and DNS services in the past. The company was acquired by the credit reporting agency TransUnion for $1.3 billion in 2021 and integrated into its operations. Previously, TransUnion managed a data center in the Northlake neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois.
