DataBank has announced that it is expanding its presence in Dallas, Texas, with the addition of two data halls to its Plano facility. This adds 22,000 sqft of space and a capacity of 3MW.

According to the company, the two data halls (Data Halls 5 and 6) are expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2022. The facility, in total, is designed with six data halls in mind spanning 144,000 sqft of facility space, expandable up to 72,000sqft, with a capacity of 40MW of total power. Its third hall opened back in July.
