"Villena offers very interesting opportunities in the development of new urban initiatives linked to its strategic position, the future connection with the Mediterranean Corridor, and the future proposal that involves the implementation of a dry port, and a logistics node linked to the trans-European rail network," said Javier Nicolás, lawyer representing the developer L14 REIS.
Nicolás added: "Every week, we are receiving interest from data center operators requesting information about this new initiative in Villena. We see that we are making good progress in terms of urban planning and that there is a lot of interest from the main players in the sector."
