Compass Datacenters: Compass Datacenters files for data center renovation project in Red Oak, Texas

According to reports, Compass Datacenters is going to launch a $64 million data center renovation project in Red Oak, Texas. Filed with the state of Texas, the project is known as Vallies ELT-1 and is set to commence at the end of September. 

Located at 441 North Austin Boulevard, the project spans 5,000 square feet, and according to the filing, the works include tenant fit-out of data hall space, supporting infrastructure spaces, and tenant office space. 

The company confirmed the filing to BizJournal, but declined to provide further information about the project; however, the estimated cost of the project is $64 million, and work is expected to wrap up by the end of March 2023.
