US data center firm Cologix this week announced its acquisition of DataHiveOne, Calgary’s primary carrier hotel, as well as most of DataHive’s colocation and interconnection assets. The move marks Cologix's first move into Calgary.
"This acquisition is a pivotal step in our continued investment in Canada to meet the growing needs of our customers," said Laura Ortman, CEO of Cologix.
