Accelevation Holdings has established a new business entity focused on data centers. Conatech and Instor Solutions, two recently acquired subsidiaries, will be combined to form the Accelevation Data Center Business Unit.
Accelevation will integrate the white space installation and project management services of Instor Solutions with the data center containment and caging solutions of Conatech. The corporation asserts that this new division will be the biggest integrated data center services solutions offering in the United States. The newly established company will provide services to hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise clients.
The acquisition of Instor was finalized last month. A spokesperson for Accelevation has since affirmed that the Instor Solutions brand will continue to exist but will be integrated into the new Accelevation unit. The spokesperson also verified that Instor's senior executive and management teams will continue to play a significant role in the new unit.
Accelevation is a group of manufacturing companies serving the data center, electric vehicle, and robotics markets that LFM Capital backs.
