Recently formed colocation firm Alerify, Inc. announced this week that it will be acquiring the assets of the hosting and Internet services business of Elevated MSP which was built in 1981 and is owned by local real estate firm the Vartan Group. The two-story building totals 68,830 square feet (6,400 sqm) and has a number of tenants alongside Elevated MSP.
"After going through an extensive search for a partner who shared my values and core competencies, I quickly found that Elevated checked all the boxes,” said Andy Kochanowski, founder and CEO of Alerify. “ I am excited about this opportunity to grow the hosting and colocation business here in South Central Pennsylvania. Elevated has done a remarkable job at building an impressive data center and my goal is to now leverage my experience to serve businesses both in and around the region.”
