Truman Estates Ltd owns the historic Truman Brewery estate in Brick Lane, east London, purchased in 1995 by Iraqi textiles entrepreneur Ely Zeloof for a reported £10 million and now run by his sons. The company is leading a £500 million ($673m) mixed-use redevelopment of the estate in partnership with developer Zeloof LLP and development manager Grow Places, covering roughly 1.3 hectares across several sites on and around Brick Lane.
A new data center approved by the UK government as part of the wider Truman Brewery redevelopment on Brick Lane, London, replacing a derelict cold store behind the main brewery complex. The scheme was approved centrally in July 2026 after Tower Hamlets Council failed to determine the applications.
