Townsite Solar 2 LLC

Townsite Solar 2 (TS2), a Skylar Capital subsidiary developing in partnership with Arevon Energy and Overwatch Capital, is relocating its planned high-density AI data center campus outside Las Vegas from municipal land to federal jurisdiction.

After withdrawing the first site, Townsite Solar 2 LLC is going for a new 80-acre federally owned parcel to build out the renamed Townsite Data Center.
