TNW Networks Data Centers Inc is a subsidiary of TNW Networks. Through acquisition or rebranding TWN has previously been know as:

- Teliphone Navigata-Westel
- BC Rail Telecom
- Next Layer, Inc.
From its beginnings as BC Rail Telecom in 1957 to its recent evolution to Teliphone Navigata-Westel, the company is now one of the largest independent facilities-based Competitive Local Exchange Carriers in Canada. The company provides voice, data, Internet broadband, IT support, Cloud computing, TNW co-location data centers and IPTV service across Canada.
téliPhone owns and manage five Tier II data centres located across Canada in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto, offering a variety of hosting services, including colocation, dedicated hosting, shared web-hosting, virtual computing platforms, and disaster recovery solutions.

TNW Watermark Tower
Built in 1999, TNW's data centre is conveniently located in the Watermark Tower at 530-8th Avenue SW. The Watermark Tower is a 27-story, class “A” office building located in the heart of Calgary’s downtown and retail district.
