European operator Portus Data Centers has announced the expansion of its Munich colocation campus with a new facility, Portus Data Centers Munich 2 (MUC2).

European operator Portus Data Centers has announced the expansion of its Munich colocation campus with a new facility, Portus Data Centers Munich 2 (MUC2).
The IPHH3 colocation edge facility, located in Hamburg, was launched in 2019.
This facility was previously operated by European Data Hub, which rebranded to Portus Data Centers in November 2024.
The company acquired this newly developed data center in Munich, which had been developed by SpaceNet AG, a local IT services provider.
The facility will span 6,380 square meters, consisting of two buildings, each 3,190 square meters, located on land next to the existing IPHH3 data center.
