OnZero: Sipoo Söderkulla
OnZero operates a modular, liquid-cooled data center built from shipping containers at Keravan Energia's heating plant in Söderkulla, Sipoo. Its waste heat feeds the Söderkulla district heating network.
OnZero is headquartered in Vienna, Austria, and develops what it calls AI Heat Factories: liquid-cooled data centers that recover up to 99% of compute heat into district heating networks. Its Finnish subsidiary, OnZero Finland Oy, was formerly Blockbase Finland Oy, and the founders previously ran the mining-as-a-service firm Blockbase. OnZero operates in Finland at Söderkulla in Sipoo and in Kemijärvi.
