In 2026, LEG Centrum proposed a data center at a former testing laboratory at 1835 and 1845 Harsh Avenue SE in Massillon, Ohio, a site of about 10 acres that it is in line to buy. The Massillon Planning Commission recommended rezoning the site for heavier industrial use in October 2026.
