Founded in 2002, KIO Networks Group is an international provider of mission critical and outsourced Information Technology services. The firm operates its latest generation Data Centers offering the highest security, availability and density in Mexico, Latin America, Caribbean and Europe.

Four data center halls of 600 m2 (6,458 ft2) each with reinforced raised floor and anti-seismic pedestals with structure category 4. The design of the Data Center was based on the Uptime Institute standard, specifically on a TIER III topology.

KIO PAN1 started up operations in 2012, and its two Data Centers are the most advanced of the region, with
Uptime Institute TIER III characteristics and design & construction certification.

QRO2 began operations in 2024 and is one of the most advanced data centers in the Queretaro region.

The new facility will initially feature two 1,200 sqm Data Halls, with plans to expand to eight halls in a later phase.

KIO GTM1 started up operations in 2013 and has a technology complex with an area of 2,500 m2. It has TIER IV characteristics and design certification.

KIO Data Centers is expanding its footprint in Central America with the construction of its second facility, GTM2, located on the same digital campus as its predecessor, GTM1, within the Technology Park (Campus TEC) in Condado El Naranjo, Mixco.
