HostPapa

HostPapa is a web hosting and cloud services company that owns the ColoCrossing brand following its 2023 acquisition of Deluxe Corporation’s web hosting and logo design businesses.

ColoCrossing provides colocation, dedicated servers, and managed services, with operational sites in U.S. markets such as Los Angeles and Buffalo.

Deluxe previously acquired the ColoCrossing assets in 2018 when it purchased selected assets of Velocity Servers, Inc., doing business as ColoCrossing. ColoCrossing now operates as part of HostPapa’s portfolio.

History:

• 2023-06: Completed acquisition of Deluxe Corporation’s web hosting and logo design businesses; ColoCrossing became part of HostPapa.
• 2023-01: Agreed to acquire Deluxe Corporation’s web hosting and logo design businesses.
• 2018-06: Deluxe Corporation acquired selected assets of Velocity Servers, Inc., doing business as ColoCrossing.
• ColoCrossing was founded in 2027
