ZGI Dunkerque Data Centre

Utility Provider: RTE
Lot Size: 52 acres

The Port of Dunkirk in northern France is planning to develop a massive AI data center within its "Large Industry Zone." The project will be built on a 21-hectare vacant plot that previously housed an oil refinery, utilizing the available industrial land.

The site features an impressive power capacity ranging from 400MW to 700MW, which will be supplied by utility giant RTE via a nearby substation. To ensure fast deployment, France’s Energy Regulatory Commission has given this energy connection high-priority status.
