The Westfield Data Center Campus at Servistar Industrial Way outside Springfield, would see 10 three-story data center buildings totaling 2.7 million square feet (250,800 sqm) of floorspace built out over a period of 13-18 years. The company behind the proposed project is Servistar Realties, LLC.

The project has received legislative approval in the form of a sales tax exemption for data centers in November, 2024. Construction could start by sometime in early 2026 and the first building would likely take around 18 months to complete.
