Construction on the site commenced in early March 2020 and continued in line with local COVID-19 restrictions and eventually launched in October of 2021.
Phase one has 25,000 square meters (269,000 square feet) of building structure, 18MW of capacity, and 8,000 square meters (86,100 square feet) of data hall space. Teraco has also secured land and power adjacent to the CT2 site for future expansion up to 36MW capacity.
