Servecentric, an Irish managed service provider, has appealed the rejection of its Dublin data center development application. The company's proposal involves converting an undeveloped 1.9-acre site, currently zoned for warehouse/logistics use, into a two-story data center with an accompanying substation.

The planned facility would feature two data halls and, while shorter in height than the previously approved warehouse design, would expand the gross floor area by approximately 2,931 square meters to reach 6,524 square meters (70,225 square feet).
