Scale42 / Northern DC AS is developing a data center site in Liperi, Finland, on about 9 hectares in the Välikangas industrial area near Polvijärventie. Liperi council approved the land lease and preliminary purchase agreement in May 2026, but the project remains in pre-construction. The first phase is planned at 60MW, with Scale42 listing a longer-term target of 100MW.
